Benzema admitted earlier this week his future at Lyon could depend heavily on the French club's success in the Champions League.
Lyon have not advanced to the latter stages of the competition in recent years and Benzema is keen to play for a side that is among the best in Europe.
Manchester United, Barcelona and Inter Milan have all been linked with the 21-year-old in the past few months, and he was expected to move either during the current transfer window, or in the upcoming summer market.
Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas values Benzema at around €100 million and the price tag has put off potential suitors. The player's agent Karim Djaziri insists Benzema would still welcome a move but at present he does not know of any offers.
“I haven't spoken to any club. Not Inter, not Barcelona, not Manchester United. You'd have to ask Aulas about the offers he may or may not have had,” Djaziri said in The Times.
The representative added: “Karim has always said that he wants to go to a club that will allow him to win trophies. So, as long as it's a prestigious club, he could go anywhere, England, Italy or Spain.”
If Adriano or Hernan Crespo were to leave the Nerazzurri, Jose Mourinho would want to bring in a quality replacement, and Benzema would certainly fit the bill.
