Bayern Munich are reported to be contemplating a move for Belarussian striker Vitali Rodionov.
According to Sport1.de, FC Bayern scout Paul Breitner has been keeping close tabs of the 25-year-old and has recommended that the club make a move for him.
Rodionov, who has five Champions League appearances for Borisov this season, confirmed the interest from the German giants when he said: "I was informed by my agent that Bayern are interested in me. I would love to play abroad and Bayern would be the ultimate."
Only Barcelona's Aliaksandr Hleb was better placed in the vote for Belarus' player of the year, as Rodionov has made a name for himself in his home country with an impressive 31 goals in the 49 games he has played for BATE since joining them in 2006.
