AS Roma captain Francesco Totti is confident of making a quicker than expected return from injury.
The veteran playmaker was immediately ruled out for 12 weeks with a hamstring tear picked up against Catania in the Giallorossi's final Serie A game of 2008.
However, Totti has set his sights on returning in time for the resumption of the Champions League and a last 16 tie with Arsenal in mid-February.
"I don't feel any more pain," he told La Gazzetta Dello Sport after a winter break in Kenya.
"Everything is getting better and the sun has helped me. I hope I can recover quickly."
